NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Senior Associate - French to join a remote team. The role focuses on providing Level 1 and some higher tier support for hardware, MS Office, and in-house applications while communicating professionally in French and either English or Spanish.

You will log incidents and help to resolve issues for clients globally. The position is full-time and remote, with 45 hours per week and a compensation package described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Availability to work 45 hours per week.
• 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
• Looking to work in IT Environment.
• Advanced English or Spanish and French language requirement.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 support for hardware and software.
• Deliver advanced technical support for in-house applications and developments.
• Answer calls and emails, escalating when needed to other groups.
• Document troubleshooting steps and incidents with detailed descriptions.
• Identify problems using diagnostic techniques and propose solutions.
