Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Valencia is seeking a Customer Representative (French-speaking) to join our on-site team on a hybrid basis. You will handle incoming contacts via phone, email, and chat and guide customers through the claims process.

You’ll log details in our systems, maintain product knowledge, escalate issues when needed, and monitor service performance. Fluent in French plus English is required with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English.
• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to take ownership and progress calls to resolution or escalate as needed.
• Working knowledge of IT platforms and applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat and other alerts and provide solutions within SLA.
• Log call details in the management system and ensure timely response and resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date product and policy knowledge to assist customers.
• Escalate service issues when appropriate and guide customers through the claims process.
