Formación

• Bilingual in French with advanced English.
• High school diploma required.
• Interest in technical field and commitment to 2-year project.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and commercial mindset.
• Education in business or prior contact centre experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate delivery times to customers
