Job summary

Jobtailor in Sant Cugat del Valle8s is seeking a mediation support specialist to handle customer payment mediations and monitor overdue invoices in line with company policies.

You will ensure accurate case tracking, generate weekly and monthly reports, and collaborate with the mediation supervisor and customer service to manage default customers. Fluency in Polish and Spanish/English is required, with a proactive, precise mindset and CRM experience valued.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer support with debt mediation or incident management.
• Polish language fluency at C2 level, both spoken and written.
• Spanish and English fluency at C1 level.
• Resourceful and highly motivated with focus on client satisfaction.
• Team player able to collaborate across functions to achieve goals.
• High accuracy standards.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling payment mediations among customers, solving incidents regarding their overdue and outstanding invoices in accordance with the company’s policies.
• Monitoring open mediation cases through weekly and monthly reports.
• Monitoring default customers.
• Communicate & follow up effectively with the mediation supervisor and the customer service department regarding default customers.
• Monitoring the notified payment guarantees through weekly and monthly reports.
• Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Mediation Department.
