Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles (CSM, AM, client support, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients post-sale.
• Guide customers through the audit journey and ensure high satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins and be the first point of contact for operational and support matters.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement across many accounts.
• Drive key metrics including CSAT, NPS, retention, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and ensure smooth handovers.
