Qualifyze is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of APAC accounts. You will be the primary contact across the customer lifecycle, coordinating with senior CSMs and cross-functional teams to deliver a high-impact, seamless experience.

You will guide clients through audits, onboard adoption, and drive retention, satisfaction, and value using HubSpot CRM. A startup/scale-up mindset and pharma interest are highly valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmaceutical clients post-sale.
• Guide customers through the audit journey and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth satisfaction.
• Conduct regular check-ins and act as the first point of contact for operational and support matters.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement across many accounts.
• Drive key metrics including CSAT, NPS, retention and renewals.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on growth opportunities and ensure accurate CRM records.
