Responsibilities

• Log call details onto call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain product knowledge and expertise for applications specific to customers.
• Escalate potential service issues with Mentor.
• Follow all processes and procedures of the project.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
