Job summary

Donaldson in Terrassa, Barcelona, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support the EMEA team and orders for DACH accounts.

You will handle customers’ purchasing orders, provide timely responses, coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance, and maintain strong relationships to support sales growth. Experience in customer service, administration, or logistics is preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and Oracle R12 a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, administration, or logistics.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Fluent German and English.
• Knowledge of Oracle R12, incoterms, payment terms and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and follow-up customers’ purchasing orders.
• Provide delivery commitment and follow-up on order activity.
• Manage invoice creation, corrections, and returns of materials.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and production to inform teams of customer activities.
• Handle customer inquiries on pricing, lead-time, products, and availability with professional communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to support sales growth in DACH.
