remoteo is seeking a customer service representative fluent in Aranese and Spanish to support banking clients. The role starts on-site in Valencia or Madrid, then shifts to a hybrid setup after the learning period.

You will handle calls and written inquiries, follow bank procedures, and collaborate with your team to maintain a high-quality customer experience. Prior banking experience is a plus.

Formación

• Spoken and written proficiency in Aranese and Spanish.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to attend on-site training.
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures.
• Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
