Business Intelligence Sales Consultants is seeking a bilingual Banking Customer Service agent, fluent in Catalan and with at least Spanish B2, to join our on-site team in Madrid or Valencia. You will handle calls from customers and non-customers, explain banking products and services, and guide users through online and mobile banking.

This temporary contract offers paid training, a full-time 38.5-hour schedule, and extra pay for Sundays and for language skills.

Formación

• Catalan: fluent/native level.
• Spanish: B2 or above.
• Previous customer service or call-centre experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working with websites, mobile apps and digital tools.
• Ability to follow procedures and handle customer enquiries accurately.
• Availability to work 38.5 hours/week on-site in Rivas-Vaciamadrid.
• Flexibility to work Monday–Sunday according to the assigned schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer and non-customer calls.
• Provide clear information about banking products, services and procedures.
• Resolve telephone banking enquiries and operations according to established guidelines.
• Support customers with website and mobile app navigation.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.
• Follow established banking procedures and quality standards.
