Cross Border Talents is hiring for a bilingual banking customer service role in Valencia. You will support clients in Aranese and Spanish, by phone and written correspondence, on-site during training.

After the learning period, you will move to a hybrid work model combining remote days with office presence in Valencia or Madrid. The position offers a competitive monthly salary and a language allowance to reward rare-language skills.

Formación

• Fluent in Aranese and Spanish, written and spoken.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to attend on-site training.
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures
• Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience
