Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a bilingual customer service associate to assist banking clients in Aranese and Spanish. You will handle calls and written inquiries, ensuring accurate, professional responses and a high-quality customer experience.

Training is on-site in Valencia or Madrid, followed by a hybrid work model. Candidates should be fluent in Aranese and Spanish, possess a high school diploma, and demonstrate solid communication and teamwork skills.

Formación

• Spoken and written proficiency in Aranese and Spanish.
• High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Availability to attend on-site training.
• Nice to have: previous experience in banking customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Assist banking customers by phone and in writing, in Aranese and Spanish.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and professionally, following banking service procedures.
• Work with your team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
