IQVIA is seeking French-speaking professionals to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of building a robust panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit doctors, maintain engagement, and manage follow-ups to ensure high participation rates across multiple projects.

The role requires excellent communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work across trainings and internal communications in English.

Competenze

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
