IQVIA is recruiting for a role at our Madrid Production Hub to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, engage, and follow up with healthcare professionals to maximize participation across studies.

The ideal candidate is a French native speaker with excellent communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with multinational settings. This is a full-time on-site position in Madrid.

Competenze

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using multiple channels and arguments.
