IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a stable panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage doctors, invite them to studies, and follow up to maximize participation across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• French native speaker with professional fluency.
• Good English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional telephone and email communication.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
