IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a stable pool of doctors for market research studies and engage participants to ensure timely questionnaire completion.

Responsibilities include recruiting doctors, inviting them to studies, and following up to maintain engagement. Strong communication, attention to detail, and English proficiency are required; multinational experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Fluent French language required (native).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.

Mansioni

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Build doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets using multiple communication channels.
