IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a robust panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and guiding them through questionnaire completion.

You will contact doctors, invite them to studies, and perform follow-up calls to maximize participation. A background in multinational environments is an advantage, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills helpful for market research recruitment.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates meet targets using multiple communication channels and arguments.
