Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to recruit doctors and build a stable panel for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will engage healthcare professionals, ensure regular participation, and maintain updated records while assisting with queries.

Ideal candidates communicate professionally, pay attention to detail, and have English skills for trainings and internal communications. This is a full-time role based in Madrid, with diverse responsibilities including

Qualifications

French native speaker required.
Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Other tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
