Holded is seeking a high-energy Customer Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking markets to join our Customer Success Department. You will provide incredible support to clients by solving accounting-related questions and educating users on how to use Holded tools.

You will proactively identify issues, work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams, and track client feedback to drive improvements in our service.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish with strong English skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent support to clients by addressing accounting-related questions.
• Educate users on how to manage their business with Holded tools.
• Proactively identify issues before they arise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
• Track client feedback and suggest improvements.
• Ensure best-in-class service to customers.
• Help build the Customer Success brand across the organization.
