Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented finance administrator to maintain daily accounts in Holded or Odoo and manage onboarding for new clients. You will process provider payments, contribute to monthly reports, and work with the Head of Finance to streamline processes.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, fluent English and Spanish, and a proactive, learn-fast attitude. You will help build structure where it does not yet exist.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and eye for detail.
• Proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
• Comfortable building structure where none exists yet.
• Previous bookkeeping/admin experience is nice to have but not required.
• Fluent English.
• Fluent/native Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial accounts in Holded or Odoo daily.
• Own the administrative dealflow for onboarding new clients.
• Process provider payments accurately and on time.
• Contribute to monthly financial reporting for clients and investors.
• Partner with senior Finance team members to maintain smooth financial processes.
• Identify and propose bookkeeping process improvements.
• Take ownership of day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative operations while working closely with the Head of Finance.
