Dandy seeks a Business Development Manager to hire, manage, and scale our BDR team for hypergrowth. This role reports to the General Manager of Southern Europe and focuses on developing BDRs for internal promotion.

Responsibilities include mentoring a high-performing, metrics-driven team, refining outreach playbooks, and ensuring pipeline generation meets aggressive quotas. Travel up to 25% to the USA is required, with a strong emphasis on English and Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• At least 2 years managing teams of 5+ reps.
• Clear grasp of BDR best practices and pipeline generation methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a metrics-driven, customer-obsessed BDR team.
• Mentor, coach, and conduct weekly one-on-ones to maintain performance.
• Refine outreach strategy and playbooks to improve conversion rates.
• Forecast quota attainment and support monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize lead generation.
