Job summary

YouGov Spain S.L. is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our Barcelona team. You’ll be the first point of contact, identify and qualify opportunities, and nurture leads to create qualified pipeline for Account Executives.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales, improve outreach strategies, and grow your knowledge of YouGov’s data and products. A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment will excel here.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers.
• Qualify inbound leads and determine their readiness to move through the sales process.
• Research target accounts and industries to develop tailored outreach strategies.
• Set appointments for Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoffs for continued engagement.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) to track outreach efforts, lead status, and sales activity.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and support lead generation initiatives.
• Continuously learn about YouGov's products/services and market trends to have informed conversations with prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Report on sales activity and provide feedback for improvement in processes.
