CB Talents is seeking a Customer Service Agent – Banking in Valencia, Spain. You will support clients for a major banking partner with a 38.5-hour work week, initially on-site and moving to a hybrid model. The shift runs 15:00–22:00, with a €16,919.84 gross/year salary plus language allowance and Sunday premium.

Fluency in German and Spanish is required, along with strong communication and teamwork skills. Training is provided on-site at ABAI offices in Rivas, ensuring a successful start in this

Role & Location Overview

• Role: Customer Service Agent – Banking
• Location: Valencia, Spain
• Work Model: On-site initially, transitioning to a Hybrid model (combining remote and office days) as you settle in!

Schedule & Working Hours

• Shift: Afternoon Shift (15:00 – 22:00)
• Weekly Hours: 38.5 hours per week

Salary & Benefits Package

• Gross Salary: €16,919.84 gross/year (€1,409.98 gross/month)
• Language Allowance: Includes a dedicated €129.27/month language bonus
• Sunday Premium: Additional €1.92 gross/hour for Sunday shifts
• Training: 25 days of fully paid, comprehensive on-site training at ABAI offices in Rivas to set you up for absolute success!

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent
• Languages: Fluent command of German and Spanish (both oral and written)
• Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, collaboration, and intermediate computer skills
• Experience: Previous experience in banking customer service or account management is a big plus!
• Start Date: November 2, 2026
