Fever for Business is seeking an Account Development Representative to generate and nurture qualified opportunities for privatized events from inbound and outbound channels. You’ll build targeted sequences, refine messaging, and maintain clean CRM data while partnering with Marketing and Fever Originals to maximize impact.

You’ll qualify opportunities, track KPIs, and drive data-driven improvements in a fast-paced, global team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS, media, or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Entrepreneurial can-do attitude and self-starter mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and first-time challenges.
• Data-driven decisions and creative thinking.
• Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
• Fluency in English and an Eastern European language.

Responsabilidades

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline generation for Fever for Business’s privatized events.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and Sales teams to align campaigns.
• Track KPIs (SQLs, pipeline value, conversions) and iterate.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture and entertainment.
