Fever España is seeking an Account Development Representative to fuel inbound and outbound pipeline for privatized events. You will qualify leads, craft targeted outreach, and sharpen sales methodologies to drive growth in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

You'll collaborate with Marketing and Fever Originals, maintain CRM hygiene, track KPIs, and help shape Fever's mission to democratize culture for corporate audiences. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Madrid-based with hybrid setup.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS, media or events sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for Fever for Business’ privatized events.
• Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and cadences.
• Maintain spotless CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Fever Originals, and the broader Sales org.
• Track KPIs and iterate based on data.
• Act as an ambassador of Fever’s mission to democratize culture.
