VALMONT - CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service professional to execute operational plans, manage orders, and support client relationships. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure excellent service levels and contribute to the growth of prestigious brands.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Fluency in English and another European language is also required.

Formación

• Mandatory experience in B2B Customer Service or a similar account-support role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proven communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience, reliability, and autonomy.
• Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a strong plus.
• Language fluency: English and any other European language.

Responsabilidades

• Process clients' orders and manage invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports on order status and account performance.
• Attend team and cross-functional meetings to stay aligned.
