Concentrix is seeking a B2B Customer Support Advisor to join our Barcelona office. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support for business clients, ensuring SLA adherence and promoting a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates should be native in French with advanced English, have prior experience in similar roles, and possess basic sales skills including upselling and cross-selling. Strong IT proficiency (Windows/MS Office) and team-oriented attitude are essential.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar position and industry.
• Basic sales skills, upselling and cross-selling.
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Working knowledge of IT platform, equipment and applications (Windows/MS Office).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests and provide necessary advice, ensuring satisfaction and SLA compliance.
• Escalate potential service issues.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide cover for other Agents in their absence within the team or across teams.
• Liaise with Supervisors/Mentors on projects as requested.
• Handle administrative duties (holiday, sickness, overtime) timely and accurately.
• Attend regular team meetings.
• Take on additional tasks to maintain service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
