Coty in Barcelona seeks a Customer Service Representative (French speaker) to act as the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, handling orders, inquiries, and coordinating with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced hub, manage end-to-end order processing, document interactions in the systems, and support month-end processes while maintaining service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service in B2B or B2C and high-volume order management.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries through multiple channels.
• Provide professional customer and commercial support in French.
• Manage all order types through to invoicing and ensure documentation is stored properly.
