Eurofragance SLU is seeking a Commercial Back-Office professional to support the internal Customer Experience team in a vibrant, international environment headquartered in Barcelona. The role focuses on order processing, documentation handling, and close coordination with logistics to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in administrative/customer service roles, with exposure to industrial or production contexts and some Spanish language proficiency.

Formación

• 1+ year in administrative/customer service role
• Experience in industrial and production sector preferred
• Spanish language desirable

Responsabilidades

• Create customer Proforma Invoice and Order
• Launch technical documentation
• Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning
• Follow-up customer projects and quotations
• Release fragrance codes with regulatory documents
• Quote new fragrances using pricing calculator
• Collaborate with Regulatory for required documents
• Register and follow up customer non-conformities
• Generate olfactory pyramids
• Prepare marketing materials and promo kits
• Customer service role is preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
