AVATR Global Design Center in Madrid is seeking a candidate for a critical role focusing on spare parts management and logistics operations. As part of our Europe Overseas Business Development Team, you will lead initiatives in competitive pricing strategies, sales targets formulation, and 3PL management.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Join us to support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market.

Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in 3PL vendor management and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a [Job Title] to join our Europe Overseas Business Development Team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations.

What you will do:
1. Spare Parts Pricing Strategy & Management
  • Develop and implement competitive spare parts pricing strategies for the local market, balancing profitability and market competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking against competitors to adjust pricing dynamically.
  • Monitor gross margin performance of spare parts business and take corrective actions to achieve financial targets.
  • Coordinate with headquarters pricing team to align local pricing with global policies and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Manage special pricing requests, promotions and discount programs for dealers and key customers.
2. Spare Parts Sales & Channel Management
  • Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly spare parts sales targets and decompose them to individual dealers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the subsidiary and headquarters parts department, as well as all authorized dealers.
  • Track and analyze dealers' parts procurement and sales performance on a regular basis, provide guidance and support to ensure target achievement.
  • Process and resolve dealers' order-related issues including backorders, shortages, returns and claims in a timely manner.
  • Optimize inventory turnover rate by analyzing sales data and adjusting stocking strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with dealers to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvement.
3. Warehouse Operations & 3PL Management
  • Manage and evaluate third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse providers to ensure compliance with operational standards.
  • Establish and standardize end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory counting.
  • Monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and safety.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy above 99%.
  • Develop and implement measures to reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all local safety, environmental and customs regulations in warehouse operations.
4. Logistics & Transportation Management
  • Evaluate, select and manage local logistics carriers to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation services.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations including on-time delivery rate, cargo damage rate and service response time.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of logistics providers and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Manage reverse logistics processes including parts returns, exchanges and warranty claims.
  • Develop contingency plans for emergency logistics situations to minimize business disruption.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in spare parts management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in 3PL vendor management and warehouse operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar) is required.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and local language (Spanish).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
