Costa Navarino is seeking an Assistant Manager for Groups & Events to lead a dynamic team and ensure seamless planning and delivery of groups and events across the resort. You will collaborate with clients and hotel departments, guiding operational planning and continuous improvement while maintaining top service standards.

Role requires experience in Groups & Events, MICE or meetings, plus strong English and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism or related field is preferred.
• Experience in Groups & Events, MICE or meetings, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of group operations, BEOs, room blocks and event spaces.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily activities of the Groups & Events team and delegate tasks.
• Oversee complex and high-profile groups and events, including VIP groups and multi-day programs.
• Coordinate room blocks, meeting spaces, BEOs and event requirements with hotel departments.
• Lead or support pre-event, operational and post-event meetings with clear communication.
