Job summary

Costa Navarino is seeking an Executive, Groups & Events to coordinate assigned groups and events from handover to departure, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will work with clients and hotel departments to manage event requirements, guide Coordinators, and uphold service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Groups & Events, knowledge of Opera and MS Office, and strong organizational skills. English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Groups & Events or similar hospitality environment.
• Good knowledge of Groups & Events operations including room blocks, BEOs and event coordination.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned groups and events from handover to departure.
• Maintain communication with group organizers throughout the event.
• Manage room blocks, reservations, rooming lists and group information.
• Prepare and update BEOs, group resumes and event documentation.
• Coordinate pre-arrival, event and post-event requirements with hotel departments.
• Monitor billing and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Support Coordinators and enhance the guest experience following SOPs and Brand Standards.

We are looking for an Executive, Groups & Events to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will coordinate assigned groups and events from handover to departure, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and organizers. You will work closely with clients and hotel departments to manage event requirements, support complex programs and guide Coordinators, contributing to successful events and consistently high service standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Groups & Events, MICE, meetings, events or a similar hospitality environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Tourism or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Groups & Events operations, including room blocks, BEOs and event coordination.
• Good knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office and relevant event or catering systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, guest-focused and solution-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
