Identifying and contributing to the prevention, mediation, and resolution of tensions or conflicts within the facility is also required. Reporting on observed trends and community dynamics to improve services and ensuring all activities comply with humanitarian principles, protection standards, PSEA, data protection, and IOM policies are essential duties.
