Job summary

UPS is recruiting for Brokerage Admin roles across multiple hubs in Spain, including Seville, with seasonal/temporary assignments. The job involves assisting with customs declarations, data entry, and handling inquiries in Spanish and English.

You will support Billing and Operations and work as a team to ensure efficient service for worldwide shipments. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or vocational qualification, are proactive and well-organized, and possess good communication

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish; intermediate English considered a plus.
• Proactive and organized with strong communication.
• Experience in admin or logistics is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of customs declarations and data updates.
• Process customs documentation with authorities and agencies.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to deliver high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team at your location to meet company objectives.
