Job summary

UPS is hiring seasonal administrative staff to support daily operations across multiple hubs in Spain. You will perform data entry and data management tasks and work with local teammates to help the company achieve its objectives.

Ideal candidates provide a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer literacy, and strong organizational and communication skills. English skills at an intermediate level are a plus, and prior related experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Intermediate Vocational Qualification, or Higher Vocational Qualification (degree is asset).
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
