Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions related to customs procedures.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to provide customers with high-quality service.
