Job summary

UPS is seeking a Brokerage Admin for temporary positions across multiple hubs in Spain. The role focuses on administrative support for customs declarations, data updates, and customer communications in Spanish and English.

You’ll collaborate with Billing and Operations to ensure compliant, high-quality service for global shipments. Ideal candidates have vocational training, strong organizational skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• A proactive attitude, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Intermediate level of English is an asset.
• Fluent Spanish language skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of International Trade is an asset.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Vocational Training qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions related to customs procedures.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to provide customers with a high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team with colleagues at your location to achieve company objectives, delivering the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Be proactive and organized in your area.
