UPS is hiring for temporary Brokerage Admin positions across multiple hubs in Spain. The role focuses on administrative support, data entry, and handling customs documentation, with bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Candidates should be proactive, organized, and capable of working across different shifts and locations. The role requires a High School Diploma or vocational qualification, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Formación

• Must have a High School Diploma or Vocational qualification.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
• Intermediate English is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Knowledge of International Trade is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to provide high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team to achieve company objectives and compliance.
