Job summary

UPS is seeking personnel for Brokerage Admin - Temporary Positions at multiple hubs in Spain. The role focuses on administrative tasks, data entry, and handling customs documentation while communicating with customers in Spanish and English.

You will collaborate with Billing and Operations to deliver quality service across worldwide shipments, maintaining compliance with customs regulations. Seasonal positions are available across various shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Required qualification: High School Diploma, Intermediate Vocational Qualification, or Higher Vocational Qualification.
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication, stress management, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level of English is an asset.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions related to customs procedures.
• Collaborate with Billing and Operations to provide customers with high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team to achieve company objectives and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
