Job summary

UPS is seeking an Administrative Assistant for customs support across multiple locations in Spain. The role involves preparing declarations, updating data, and handling inquiries in Spanish and English. You will collaborate with Billing and Operations to ensure timely, compliant service for international shipments.

Seeking candidates with Vocational Training, strong organizational skills, and flexibility. English at an intermediate level is a plus; Spanish fluency is essential.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Assist with the preparation of Customs Declarations, data updates, and other administrative tasks that may arise on a daily basis.
• Process customs documentation with government authorities and official agencies.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers via phone and email in at least two languages: Spanish and English.
• Handle customer calls regarding customs clearance requirements and questions related to customs procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments, primarily Billing and Operations, to provide customers with a high-quality service.
• Work as part of a team with colleagues at your location to achieve company objectives, delivering the best possible service for worldwide shipments while ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• In short, you’re proactive and organized, and you know how to make a difference in your area.
