Job summary

act digital is seeking an experienced IT support consultant to join our team in providing day-to-day application maintenance and Tier-2 support. You will handle MSSQL and other databases, assist in releases and upgrades, and contribute to knowledge transfer and end-user training.

Fluency in English is required, and a high school diploma is accepted. The role may involve 24×7 standby on-call and shift work as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in application maintenance and general IT support.
• Experience with client/server applications in Windows/Linux environments.
• Experience with Database Management.
• Very good English written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of applications and tools for the organization.
• Perform database administration tasks of MSSQL and open source databases.
• Resolve Tier-2 application issues and escalate Tier-3 issues as needed to designated focal points.
• Assist in evaluation, configuration and installation of new releases and upgrades.
• Provide standby and on-call 24×7 support and participate in shifts as required.
