UL Solutions is seeking an Application Support Developer to bridge operations and development. The role is hybrid, supporting Barcelona or Warsaw-based teams or remote within either country, and focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing applications while delivering 2nd/3rd line support.

You will diagnose complex incidents, automate workflows, monitor performance, and participate in release management and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in application support or software development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication in Agile/ITIL environments.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, or .NET.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support, diagnosing and resolving complex application issues.
• Maintain, debug, and improve existing applications.
• Proactively monitor application performance and optimize systems.
