UST España & Latam seeks a Senior Application Support Engineer to own Level 3 support for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system within an agile team. You will diagnose incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure operational readiness across multi-tier applications with PL/SQL/SQL and basic Java skills.
Collaborate with IT Service Owners and users to maintain high availability, manage releases, and drive lifecycle improvements while benefiting from flexible work options and career
Formación
- Experience in Level 3 application support within an agile organization.
- Strong knowledge of database development concepts for troubleshooting.
- Banking knowledge in CRM, account opening, and compliance.
- Basic Java knowledge for analysis.
- Linux/Unix administration for logs and configurations.
- Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management.
- Familiarity with standard software parameterization.
