UST in Madrid is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer for the bank's Client Lifecycle Management system. You will be the key expert for Level 3 support, ensuring reliable service delivery and incident management.

You will work in an agile team, monitor multi-tier applications, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with users and IT owners to ensure high availability.

Experience with PL/SQL/SQL, Java basics, and Linux administration is required.

Formación

• Proven Level 3 application support experience in an Agile environment.
• Strong database troubleshooting with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
• Basic Java knowledge for analysis.
• Linux/Unix administration and log analysis skills.
• Experience in Release and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Familiarity with standard software parameterization.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and optimize the Client Lifecycle Management system; manage incidents and problems to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with application users, IT Service Owners, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability.
