UL Solutions seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a global customer-facing digital platform for Retail & Consumer Products. The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and based in Warsaw or Barcelona.

The candidate will drive programs with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and risks, and interact with senior leadership and executives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• MBA or MA in Project Management or related field is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale project management across distributed teams.
• Experience with business case development for major investments.
• Cross-geography project coordination experience desired.
• Experience with RFI/RFP processes and scoring.
• Certifications in PMP/Agile/ITIL are beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery and ongoing development of a global digital platform.
• Ensure projects meet budget and schedule; align with strategic requirements.
• Track milestones and advise leadership on progress and risks.
• Oversee SDLC understanding and governance across programs.
• Coordinate requirements, development, testing, and go-live gates.
• Provide leadership to project teams and engage with executives.
