Schneider Electric's Digital Hub in Barcelona seeks an experienced PMO professional to drive programme governance and delivery for the DCR AI Operations portfolio. You will build integrated plans, manage risks, and coordinate cross-workstream dependencies to enable successful transformation initiatives.

You will design governance cadences, prepare dashboards and decision records, and ensure rigorous reporting for executive audiences, while empowering teams to realise value across business and IT

Formación

• PMO/Programme Management experience in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong planning, scheduling and governance skills.
• Experience with reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel) and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, track & report programme progress; maintain integrated plan across workstreams.
• Organise governance cadence; prepare dashboards, milestones, risk and issue logs.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependency management and documentation standards.
• Drive AI portfolio consistency for DCR scope; monitor delivery health and adoption metrics.
