Schneider Electric is seeking an E2E Process Reinvention Partner within the Transformation & Change stream to translate ambitions into executable process transformation. You will engage with DCR capability teams to define reinvention visions, new ways of working, and delivery artefacts that scale pilots globally.
The role is based in Schneider Digital in Barcelona, collaborating across Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, IT Project Management, and Digital Marketing to drive AI-enabled
Formación
- 8+ years in Process Design, Business Transformation, Digital Operations, or Management Consulting.
- Experience redesigning end-to-end processes in ERP/AI/automation contexts.
- Familiarity with SDLC frameworks, Agile delivery, or digital product lifecycle management.
Responsabilidades
- Map current processes and design AI-enabled future states.
- Lead reinvention workshops with domain SPOCs for AI-enabled future-state WoW.
- Define new WoW frameworks and how AI integrations affect daily operations.
- Coordinate with Delivery teams to translate process redesign into agent specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Build reusable process templates and delivery assets for Phase 3 scaling.
