Capgemini Invent Madrid is seeking highly experienced consultants with expertise in Digital Transformation, AI, Product Management, Portfolio Strategy, and Program Management to shape a large-scale business transformation spanning commercial processes, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. You will work directly with senior leaders to shape strategy and deliver measurable value.
In this role you will manage diverse portfolios, drive governance, OKRs and KPI reporting, translate business needs
Formación
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
- Significant consulting, transformation, AI strategy, product or program management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, governance models or transformation programs.
Responsabilidades
- Define and execute digital transformation and AI strategies.
- Identify and prioritize high-value business and technology initiatives.
- Drive AI-enabled business transformation and value realization.
- Manage portfolios, roadmaps, investments, and governance processes.
- Lead program management activities, OKRs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
