Schneider Electric's Digital Hub in Barcelona is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital and AI initiatives that transform Customer Support. You will orchestrate discovery through rollout, aligning business needs with technical delivery across regions, ensuring measurable impact.

You will partner with product and technical teams, drive change adoption, and define governance and KPIs to sustain benefits after deployment. Experience in large-scale programs is valued.

• Experience leading end-to-end digital or AI projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery to rollout and closure.
• Define scope, roadmap, success criteria, and realization.
• Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and objectives.
• Establish and maintain program governance and reporting.
• Lead risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital/AI use cases.
• Coordinate with product/technical teams on design, data flows, and integrations.
• Drive adoption, training, and change management across regions.
• Define KPIs and track value realization post-deployment.
