Visium in Barcelona seeks an AI Project & Product Manager who bridges a high-velocity engineering team and senior business stakeholders. You will ensure AI initiatives are technically sound, business relevant, and operationally viable, reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation.

You will orchestrate delivery across PoC, MVP, and Production, engaging with Infrastructure, Architecture and Security to ensure robust AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, 3+ years of experience in AI engineering.
• Strong technical foundation in AI & data and ability to discuss with technical teams.
• Ability to connect technical initiatives with broader business goals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with fragrance industry is a plus (Domain Expertise Preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, and priorities.
• Translate business needs into structured product and project requirements.
• Challenge and validate technical decisions for feasibility and scalability.
• Protect engineering teams from ad-hoc requests and scope creep.
• Own and manage the project heartbeat (planning, prioritization, resources, progress, reporting).
• Drive AI product lifecycle delivery from PoC to Production with robust, scalable solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication among IT, Business and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and manage dependencies and trade-offs.
• Ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
